The Nymbus Story

 

 

Nymbus Origins

Nymbus was founded in 2015 by Eric McCamey and Terrell Richmond as a firm dedicated to helping small businesses scale—particularly through innovation programs like the DoD’s VeloCiter, which supported commercialization of emerging defense technologies. The company later evolved into Nymbus Analytics & Solutions under McCamey’s leadership.

Following a pause to join Deloitte, Eric led national initiatives in AI strategy, finance transformation, and operating model design for some of the largest firms in Aerospace, Defense, and Energy. His time at Deloitte emphasized tangible value creation through AI, ERP alignment, and process optimization—insights that shape Nymbus AI today.


Lexem Strategy Legacy

Running parallel was Lexem Strategy, co-founded by Anthony Bone in 2004. Lexem earned a reputation for high-impact delivery across federal contractors and tech-forward firms, with deep roots in earned value management, project controls, and digital PMO implementation. With nearly two decades of results in complex environments, Lexem’s methodologies form the foundation of Nymbus AI’s execution engine.


Formation of Nymbus Analytics and Intelligence, Inc. (Nymbus AI)

In 2025, these legacy firms and leaders formally came together to create Nymbus Analytics and Intelligence, Inc., now known as Nymbus AI. The company is built on a shared commitment to fusing strategic consulting, project controls, and intelligent automation into scalable, agentic systems for enterprise transformation.


This leadership team includes:


  • Eric McCamey, applying his AI, ERP, and financial transformation expertise to design outcomes-based strategy
